Mr. Bottarini’s extensive background in business finance, manufacturing and project development makes him an asset to the Planet CPR team in many ways. His most recent experience of working with individuals to achieve their utmost health and creative states has led to travels around the globe discovering and procuring the most beneficial superfoods available. He enjoys developing recipes and products from these nutritionally dense superfoods and making them available to the market place. Jim is the Co‐Founder of Sedona Chocolate Superfoods and is currently Managing Director of North American and Asian Operations for Pacari Chocolate based in Quito, Ecuador.
