The Three-Story Model Plarr House (Pictured Above) Garden City Center Piece.  Plarr house is currently forming strategic alliances to develop  these buildings immediately as Homes, Schools, Orphanages, Productions Studios, Offices and more.  The key to developing a Sustainable Economy is actual implementation.  Money is spent every second  on development and construction and this seems to continue no matter how bad the economy gets, as it should, people need homes, schools, etc. The problem is the current methods of construction and development are failing us.  From the unsustainable model of Urban Sprawl (as described by Wikipedia – Here) to the largely scientifically supported fact that being indoors is killing us because our buildings are unhealthy.  Dr. Peter Rabinowitz, Yale University participated in one such study pertaining to the poor air quality that exists in all buildings,  highlighting that even in many  LEED certified buildings low air quality exists due to the materials involved in the construction and finishing.  (Quoted below with link to article)

“There is an urgent need to include human health in the definition of what it means to be ‘green’ or environmentally responsible,” said Dr. Peter Rabinowitz, director of Clinical Services at Yale School of Medicine’s Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

The Garden City Movement is an approach to urban planning that was founded in 1898 by Sir Ebenezer Howard in the United Kingdom. Garden cities were intended to be planned, self-contained, communities surrounded by greenbelts, containing carefully balanced areas of residences, industry, and agriculture.

Below – We have modified Howard’s Three Magnet Representation of what’s pulling people toward different communities and how they can unite.  The Plarr House is the Way to Begin the Garden City Revolution.
